Bill of Materials (BOM): To assemble and mount the holder, you will need:
- 2x M3 heat-set inserts (5mm length)
- 2x M3 screws (minimum 15mm length)
- Wall mounting hardware: The mounting holes are designed for M4 screws (length depends on your wall type).
Print Settings:
- Material: PETG is strongly recommended for its superior layer adhesion, flex, and load-bearing capabilities.
- Walls/Perimeters: 3 to 4 walls for extra structural strength.
- Infill: 25-30% (Gyroid or Cubic recommended).
Assembly Instructions:
- Melt the two M3 (5mm) heat-set inserts into the designated holes on the main body using a soldering iron.
- Align the bracket and secure the two parts together using the M3 screws (15mm+).
- Mount the assembled holder securely to your wall or wooden cabinet using M4 screws.
