Series 6 ShadowTile Wall System

Decorative 3D Printed Wall Tiles with Cable Management

A modular geometric wall tile system designed for dramatic accent walls, media walls, home theaters, and clean cable routing. Printed, designed, and installed by Creative Inertia.

The tiles have channels in the back to help with cable management.   

I used 30 rolls of Bambu's Charcoal Matte while making this project.

I would LOVE (beg?… ha.) for a boost to help recover.   I have so many more ideas that I want to make and share. 

I installed with Gorilla Tape.   *this will remove the paint and texture from your wall upon removal.

Installation Tips:

1. Keep Perfect alignment, even a tiny error will compound with an installation of this size.
2. Start with a small project first.   Even a wall decoration of 7 tiles is a great way to start.
3. Use a level and or laser level to assist with installation and alignment
4. I used a lighter, and a metal rod, on the sides of the tiles to make indentions where cables need to exit and enter.
5. For the tiles with the light strips, I used PETG and Translucent PLA filaments from Bambu.  
6. I used Bambu Slicers “cut” feature alot when I needed very specialized sizes of tiles… around plug outlets, etc.  

The project was for my living room.  The wall is about 12 feet tall, and a little over 12 feet wide.  

This is a GREAT project for using up scraps too, and they paint very very well.
