A practical replacement for commercial SkimVac plates, designed for pool vacuum hoses with diameters of 32 mm and 38 mm.

This SkimVac plate is designed for pool skimmers with an approximate plate diameter of 176 mm and provides a secure connection for manual pool vacuum cleaning.

Included Versions

Two versions are included:

• Flat Back Version – simple design with a smooth, flat underside.
• Reinforced Version – additional structural ribs on the underside for increased rigidity and strength.

Both versions have been printed, tested, and successfully used in a real swimming pool.

Recommended Print Settings

• Material: PETG
• Infill: 50% recommended for maximum strength and durability
• Flat Back Version prints without supports
• Reinforced Version requires supports for the underside reinforcing ribs

Notes

The reinforced version offers additional stiffness thanks to the structural ribs on the underside, while the flat back version provides a simpler design and easier printing.
