Assembly

Assembly is quick and easy!

1. Print the cap body and both decals.
2. Lightly heat the front round decal with a heat gun or hair dryer until it becomes slightly pliable.
3. Gently press the decal against the front of the cap to match its curve, then allow it to cool.
4. Apply a small amount of CA glue or super glue and attach the front decal.
5. Glue the side decal into place.

Tip: Pre-forming the front decal before gluing helps it sit flush against the curved surface for the cleanest, most professional-looking finish.
