Goku SSJ2: Smart Multi-Part Design

This figure represents Goku in his Super Saiyan 2 phase. Unlike traditional models that print as a single block, this design is fully segmented into independent parts, including the hair, head, torso, arms, pants, belt, and boots. This structural division simplifies both the printing process and the final finishing, eliminating the need to paint complex layers onto a single, solid surface.

The model is specifically designed so you do not have to rely on expensive multi-material technologies like Bambu Lab's AMS. Because each element is separate, you can organize your build plates by color and print all pieces sharing the same tone together using the final colored filament directly (such as orange for the pants and torso, or yellow for the hair).

This approach completely eliminates purge towers and the material waste generated by changing filaments on the same layer, resulting in significant savings of both time and plastic. Furthermore, it makes the model 100% compatible with any standard 3D printer on the market.

Assembly is clean and precise thanks to a built-in system of connecting pins and custom-fit guide cavities. This male-female mechanism ensures that each part aligns geometrically and accurately, removing any risk of the limbs or head being rotated or crooked.

You do not need screws or complex tools to permanently assemble the figure; all you need is cyanoacrylate glue (classic instant adhesive or Super Glue).

The process is straightforward: first, perform a dry fit by assembling the parts to verify they fit properly and to clean away any remaining support material. Next, apply a single drop of glue to the connecting pin, press both parts firmly together for 10 to 15 seconds, and the structure will be completely secure.
