Turn a simple wooden dowel into a unique toy sword with these printable animal-themed sword handles!

Assembly

The handles are designed for a standard 15 mm wooden dowel.

Simply press the dowel into the handle. Depending on the exact size of your dowel, you may need a little sanding for the perfect fit. The fit is intentionally tight, so the dowel stays securely in place. For a permanent assembly, a small amount of glue can be added.

Foam Sword Option

For a safer toy sword, you can slide a 15 mm pipe insulation foam tube or a pool noodle over the wooden dowel. This creates a lightweight foam sword that is great for imaginative play.
