JAPANDI Floating Fountain – Two Sizes Available 🌿💧

Bring a calm, modern Japandi look to your balcony, terrace, garden table or indoor plant corner.

The JAPANDI Floating Fountain is designed as a clean decorative water feature for common solar floating fountains. The ribbed outer surface gives it a premium architectural look, while the simple round shape keeps it minimal, elegant and easy to place in different environments.

The model is available in two sizes, so you can choose the version that fits your setup best.

Solar Floating Fountain Compatibility

We tested different solar floating fountains and they worked perfectly in our setup.

You can use solar fountains with or without battery. We also tested the currently viral solar fountain from Action, which includes LED and battery and is available locally at Action for around 6.95€.

Please make sure the solar fountain has foam at the bottom. This makes it possible to adapt the solar well to our design.

Foam Cutting Template

In most cases, solar floating fountains have foam underneath.

With the included cutting template, you can easily cut the inner size of the foam so the fountain fits neatly into the model. This helps keep the solar fountain centered and creates a clean final look.

Optional: Impregnation / Sealing

For better water resistance, we recommend sealing or impregnating the printed part.

This step is optional, but recommended if you want to use the fountain regularly with water, especially for outdoor use.

Print Notes

Recommended settings:

• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Material: PETG recommended
• Supports: No supports needed
• Walls: 2 walls recommended with dichtol / 3-4 walls recommend without dichtol
• Infill: 8%

For long-term outdoor use, PETG or another more temperature-resistant material is recommended.

Assembly

1. Print the main fountain body and bottom plate.
2. Add rubber studs underneath if desired.
3. Use the cutting template to trim the foam of your solar floating fountain.
4. Place the solar floating fountain into the opening.
5. Fill with water.
6. Place it in direct sunlight and enjoy your clean Japandi water feature.
