Description

I designed this custom hose adapter for my mobile AC unit after the original hose broke off. It features a simple push-fit mechanism with a flange that snaps securely into place on the exhaust port of the climate unit.

Specifications

• Compatibility: Specifically designed for the Argo Prima 9 (but may fit other units with the same exhaust profile).
• Hose Diameter: Fits a 130 mm hose.

• Thread Type: Counterclockwise (CCW); (Distance between each thread is 15mm)

   

Print Settings & Material Recommendations

⚠️ Important Note on Material: The exhaust of a mobile climate unit gets quite warm during operation. Do not print this in PLA, as it will likely soften or deform.

• Minimum Material: PETG (or any other temperature-resistant material like ABS/ASA).
• Perimeters/Walls: I recommend at least 3–4 walls for extra strength on the snap-fit tabs and threads (This is considered in the print profile).
