Tillo Sharpdeck is a clever little gnome with quick hands, a sharper smile, and a suspiciously lucky deck of cards. He spends most nights at Pighorn Tavern, sitting at the game table, stacking coins, telling jokes, and pretending that every impossible win was just “good fortune.”

Nobody is completely sure whether Tillo cheats, reads people too well, or owns a deck with more secrets than cards. He laughs loudly, talks fast, and always seems to know when someone is bluffing. Many guests have lost money to him, but somehow they keep coming back for another round.

Behind his playful attitude, Tillo is a collector of rumors, debts, and strange little favors. He may be a harmless gambler, a hidden informant, a trickster, or the start of a very bad decision for the party.

Use him as a tavern NPC, gambling encounter, rumor source, comic character, quest hook, or a suspicious little friend who always has one more card to play.
