Tactical Baton Holder for Radar Thigh Platform

Heavy-duty tactical mount specifically engineered for police officers, law enforcement, and security personnel utilizing the Radar thigh rig system. A reliable, rugged, and quick-access solution for your duty baton.
The model features a built-in internal retention clip designed to keep your baton locked firmly in place, preventing accidental drops during high-activity movements or foot pursuits.


⚠️ CRITICAL PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS
- To guarantee the mechanical strength and reliability of this duty gear piece, please follow these guidelines carefully:
Print Orientation: The model MUST be printed horizontally (lying flat on its flat back). This ensures the layer lines run parallel to the retention clip, giving it the required flexibility and structural strength to prevent snapping.
- Material Requirement: PETG, ABS, or ASA. Do not use PLA. Police cruisers and security vehicles can reach extremely high internal temperatures when parked under the sun, which will easily warp PLA.

 

🔩 Required Hardware
To fully assemble and mount the holder to the platform, you will need:
2x M4x8 Screws
2x M4 Threaded inserts


⚙️ Recommended Slicer Settings
Nozzle: 0.4 mm
Layer Height: 0.2 mm (Adaptive layer height is highly recommended to achieve smooth transitions on the curved cylindrical geometry).
Wall Loops: 3 walls for solid structural integrity.
Infill: 15% (combined with 3 walls, it provides the perfect balance between weight and part durability).
