30mm Chair Cap Insert

This 30mm chair cap insert is a simple replacement for missing or damaged chair caps. It uses only about 5 grams of normal PLA filament, takes around 10–11 minutes to 3D print and there is no need for supports, making it a quick and affordable fix. The insert includes multiple flexible ribbed fins that grip securely inside 30mm internal diameter round tubing, ensuring a snug, press-fit installation without the need for adhesives or fasteners. While your pushing the cap into the chair, you may hear some cracking but that is fine as that is how it stays in with no adhesive. The 35mm domed top gives the chair leg a neat, finished look while helping protect the end of the tube. It's great for chairs, stools, tables, and other furniture with 30mm round tube piping.
