Mini Water-Cooler Koozie

A tiny cooler for your very serious game-day beverage situation.

This is a ready-to-print mini water-cooler style koozie with a separate snap-in logo and handle. The logo prints separately so the color details come out cleaner and you don’t have to mess with painting, glue, or complicated assembly. The logo presses into the recessed front panel and holds in place with the fit of the print.

What’s included

  • Koozie body
  • Separate snap-in logo
  • Separate handle
  • Print profile tuned for cleaner walls and reliable results
  • No glue required
  • Designed to print without unnecessary supports

Assembly

Print the body, logo, and handle separately.

Once the parts are printed, press the logo into the front recess. It should sit snugly in place.

Attach the handle to the side posts on the koozie body. The handle is designed to fit into place without glue, but check the fit before forcing it.

One note: the logos are designed for their specific recess, so they are not meant to be universal swap-in pieces between every koozie design.

Materials

I recommend PLA for the body, logo, and handle.

PLA gives the cleanest detail for the logo and keeps the fit predictable. PETG may work, but check the logo and handle fit before forcing parts together.

Print notes

Make sure your build plate is clean before starting.

If the print quality looks rough, dry your filament. Wet filament causes a lot of the weird surface issues people run into.

If the logo or handle feels tight, lightly clean up the edges or contact points before pressing parts into place.

Boosts help me decide which designs move up the list, especially when I have a bunch of requests waiting.
