# Minimalist Cylinder Lithophane Lamp

A sleek, modern desk lamp designed specifically to showcase beautiful lithophanes. Featuring a clean, minimalist frame with a matte finish, this lamp blends perfectly into any living room, bedroom, or office setup. 

The frame is optimized for FDM 3D printing, requiring no supports for the main body, and features an easy-to-assemble structure to insert your favorite landscape or family lithophane.

## 🛠️ Assembly & Hardware Required

*  **Lithophane Size:** 

Lithophane maker • Image to Lithophane software • ItsLitho

*   **Light Source:** Bambu LED Kit

*   **Assembly:** Print the base, top cap, and the lithophane panel. Slide the lithophane into the frame channels and pop the top cap on.

## 🖨️ Recommended Print Settings

To achieve the look shown in the pictures (smooth matte finish and perfect light transmission), use the following configurations:

### 🔳 Lamp Frame (Matte Black/Dark Material)

*   **Material:** PLA Matte or PETG Matte

*   **Layer Height:** 0.20mm (or 0.16mm for smoother curves)

*   **Infill:** 15% to 20% (Gyroid recommended)

*   **Wall Loops:** 2 or 3(Recommended)

*   **Supports:** No supports needed if printed in the correct orientation.

### ⬜ Lithophane Panel (White/Translucent)

*   **Material:** PLA Basic White (Avoid Matte PLA for the lithophane, as it diffuses light differently and can ruin the contrast).

*   **Layer Height:** 0.12mm (High Detail) or 0.08mm for maximum photographic realism.

*   **Infill:** 100% Infill (Crucial for lithophanes to prevent internal grid shadows).

*   **Wall Loops:** 99 (Forces the slicer to print only solid walls instead of standard infill lines, ensuring a perfect gradient).

*   **Print Speed:** Outer wall speed reduced to [Ex: 50-60 mm/s] for better quality. And when the print starts, slow the print speed to 50% or change to “Silent” as in the images below.

*   **Brim:** Recommended [Ex: Auto Brim / 5mm] to prevent warping on the edges.

*   **Aux Fan Speed:** Recommended [Disable aux fan speed] to prevent warping on the edges.

Use this configuration just for the lithophane, I can’t put a print profile for it, as it is for your photos.
