2.5" Twister Grub Mold (4-Cavity) + Compression Plunger

I couldn't find any good Grub moulds online, so I decided to design one myself.  Create your own soft plastic lures at home with this 3D-printable 2.5-inch Twister Grub mold. Designed to produce four grubs per pour, this mold is perfect for anglers looking to make large numbers of effective soft plastics quickly and affordably.

Unlike many DIY molds, this design includes a matching compression plunger. After pouring your plastisol, insert the plunger and apply gentle pressure to force the plastic into every part of the mold. This helps eliminate air pockets and ensures the tails and bodies fill completely, making it especially useful if you don't own a soft plastic injector.

Printing Recommendations

• Print with 30% infill and 4 walls for maximum durability and heat resistance.
• PETG, ASA, ABS or other heat-resistant materials are recommended.
• Ensure the mold halves are printed flat on the build plate for the best surface finish.
• Use adaptive layer height to smooth out sections of the mold.
