Hang a frozen PET water bottle in front of your fan grille and turn it into a cheap personal cooler. 
No zip ties, no tools. Two hooks slip behind a grille ring and the bottle's own weight locks them in place. 

HOW IT WORKS 
The clip grabs the bottle by its support ring (the ridge just below the cap). Two wide hooks reach through the grille and seat behind one of the concentric wire rings. Gravity pulls the hooks deeper into the seat — the heavier the bottle, the more secure the hold. An aggressive snap detent at the fork entrance keeps the bottle neck from sliding out.

SAFETY NOTES
Use PET bottles only
Leave 10-15% air gap when freezing your bottle (ice expands!)
Place a towel or tray below, because condensation will drip
Always turn off your fan before attaching or removing the clip/bottle
