Printing & Painting Tips:
- Resolution: A layer height of 0.16mm or 0.12mm is highly recommended to keep the sharp edges of the hat brim, shirt buttons, badge star, and facial features looking crisp.
- Supports: Tree supports are required to safely print the wide hat brim, chin, and outstretched fingers.
- ⚠️ IMPORTANT CAUTION: Please take extra care when removing support material from around the thin edge of the hat brim and the fingers. Work slowly with sharp flush cutters to ensure the clean, sharp lines of the hat remain perfectly intact.
- Painting Inspiration: Paint the shirt and trousers a classic sheriff khaki or tan brown. Use a fine metallic gold or bronze paint for his chest badge and belt buckle. For the utility belt and boots, dark leather brown with a bit of black wash works beautifully to give it a worn, working-class cop look!
