Best Bambu Refill Spool

Hey Everyone!

I designed this refillable 1kg spool specifically for the Bambu Lab rolls. I know what you're probably thinking, what makes this one any different than the thousands already posted. Well, I tell you; there are several things that i have noticed and wanted to change about most of the others available. I only have the AMS lite, so mine are PLA but I'm confidant it would print fine in other more heat resistant materials. There is a single color version in the profiles if you do not want the white sticker area. 

Why This Spool is Better:

• Outer circumference has a small chamfer to reduce the chance of sharp edges.
• Center hole has wider surface area and is chamfered also. 
• Filament viewing windows (one on either side)  go all the way to the cardboard center of filament roll.
• Filament retaining holes on the outer ring are tapered so you can actually slide it in with less damage and waste during storage, no need for those little clips.
• White background for the filament gram sticker.

And Best of All:

• There are 5 locking tabs that make a “positive click” when loading your refill,  its not coming apart until you twist it apart when empty. The 5 tabs are equally spaced apart so it doesn't mater what orientation you put the spool halves together when adding your refill roll. 

If you have ever had a spool come apart its no fun, and a lot of work to say the least trying to save the filament. Even if you do, you may have adhesion issues from transferring the oils on your skin to the filament. All you need to do is align the notch on the spool with the cardboard roll, give it a twist, it will click in place, and you are good to go!
