Festool CT 36 to Cyclone Hose Vacuum Adapter

This 3D-printed adapter allows you to connect an old-style cyclone dust collector hose directly to the main inlet port of a Festool CT 36 vacuum.
 

Dimensional Specifications:

• Vacuum Side (Bottom): Outside Diameter (OD) of $57.8\text{ mm}$ / Inside Diameter (ID) of $52.4\text{ mm}$. Designed for a snug, seamless friction-fit insertion into the CT 36 port.
• Hose Side (Top Threaded): Outside Diameter (OD) of $52\text{ mm}$ / Inside Diameter (ID) of $47\text{ mm}$. Features a coarse $9\text{ mm}$ pitch, Left-Hand thread to securely twist directly into legacy cyclone dust collection hoses.

It is a simple, robust, single-piece solution designed for custom dust extraction setups where standard commercial connectors are unavailable or don't fit quite right.

Note: Depending on your printer calibration and filament shrinkage, you may want to scale the model up or down by 0.5% to 1% if you need to fine-tune the friction fit.
