Description

This is a model of Tony Tony Choppers hat from the anime/manga One Piece. The model is large in order to make it wearable in size. I found printing all the pieces at 80% size generally fits many people. Some padding can be added inside to make it more comfortable to wear.

The Hole Size file is meant so you can print the opening at the desired size before printing. At 80% the Hat Top can fit on a single build plate for the Bambu X1C which is what I used to print.

Hat Top should be printed with the flat side down. There is a modeled support for the X so no supports are needed although the supports are designed for a 0.2 layer height since the gap is set to 0.25mm.

Brim Final four of these are needed and they fit together like puzzle pieces.

Antler 2 of these are needed and it is recommended to be printed at a 45 degree angle. You will need to mirror this part to print the second one. Supports are needed for this and a very large brim on the supports is also recommend to keep it from falling over. There is a hole in the connector that is intended for a threaded M6 insert when printed at 80% so they can be attached without glue. They can always be glued on as well.

Washer 2 washers are needed if inserts and screws are used to attach the antlers. Again, they are designed for 80% print size.

X Insert There is the word Back printed on this so it can be printed face down for a textured surface finish and make sure orientation for installation is clear. This is a pretty tight pressure fit but can also be glued.

The Hat Top needs to be glued into the brim as that is a looser fit.

Chopper Hat Fusion is the fusion file if you need the source to make edits.

Chopper Hat Full Is if you can print the entire thing on one plate. For example, you want to print a tiny one in One Piece!

NOTE: Make sure all parts are scaled to the same size.
