T-Handle Hex Key Holder for Ikea Skadis Pegboard

I needed a way to mount my t-handle hex keys to my Ikea Skadis pegboard so I created this.

This model was designed around this hex key set but I've included the Fusion 360 source so it's easy to adjust to your specific needs.

The smaller four slots for 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm and 4mm are designed with a handle diameter of 18mm offset at least 40mm from the pegboard. The larger four slots for 5mm, 6mm, 8mm and 10mm are designed with a handle diameter of 24mm offset at least 55mm from the pegboard.

To attach the holder to the Skadis panel I used my T-Nuts Mounting System for Ikea Skadis Pegboards which uses M2 screws and nuts or heatset insert.

You will need to print the holder and five of the T-nuts of your choosing. The included 3MF file is setup for easy multicolor prints with your Bambu Lab AMS.

Required hardware

(5) M2 x 10-12mm socket head screws
(5) M2 nuts (if using the M2 nut version of the T-nuts)
(5) M2 x 3.0mm L x 3.6mm OD or (4) M2 x 4.0mm L x 3.6mm OD heat set inserts (if using the heat set version of the T-nuts)
