To give you maximum flexibility, this project includes three separate print plate options:
- Print Plate 1: Standalone Ambigram This profile includes the text sculpture on a sleek, minimal 2mm base. Perfect for a quick print to sit on a desk, shelf, or windowsill.
- Print Plate 2: The Hidden Gift Card Plinth Want to elevate your gift? This profile features a sturdy, elegant display base with a completely hidden, inverted-dovetail sliding drawer dimensioned specifically to hold a standard gift card. A custom pocket is carved into the top so the Ambigram text clicks perfectly into place! Add a bit of glue and you're good to go.

🛠️ Printing & Assembly Notes
If you are printing the Gift Card Box profile, please note the following about the sliding drawer:
- The Friction Locks: The sliding drawer features small friction bumps designed to snap into corresponding divots inside the base track. This fit is intentionally very tight right off the printer to ensure the drawer stays securely closed when the gift is handled.
- Opening a Stuck Drawer: If the snap-fit is a little too tight and you are having trouble sliding it open the first time, simply wedge a thin craft knife into the seam to gently pop the dots free.
- Adjusting the Fit: If you or the recipient prefer a smoother, looser slide rather than a hard snap, simply grab a piece of sandpaper or a hobby file and lightly sand down the two bumps on the top of the drawer until you get your ideal resistance.
