Cat Treat Puzzle / Toy. No AMS. Fully printable.

Treat puzzle/toy for cats!

The top kitty head has compartments for catnip or treats. Treats can also be added to the bottom to challenge the kitties to pull them out. I added a ball so it doubles as a toy too.

Everything is 100% 3D printed requiring no additional materials. No AMS required. 

Assembly.

Assembling is very simple. The main top and bottom halves are threaded, so place the ball between them and simply screw together. The spring is push fit in the base and the topper. If it fits loose, glue may be required. All the test fits were tight enough to not require any.

 

Materials

I printed in PETG HF, and any PETG would be ideal. PLA will work also. The only potential issue with using PLA could be the spring loosing it “springyness” over time. I did test the spring in PLA and it works, but began to sag some over time. However this wasn't a problem to me.
