ModuBin 20 – Modular Waste Sorting System

ModuBin 20 is a fully modular waste sorting system designed to adapt to your needs.

Start with a single bin and expand it into a complete waste sorting station whenever you need. The system is designed to fit standard 20L trash bags while remaining compact and easy to place anywhere.

While primarily designed for waste sorting, ModuBin is equally useful for organizing workshops, makerspaces, offices and many other everyday storage applications.

Step 1 — Choose Your Print Profile

First decide whether you want your bins with interchangeable front labels or without them.

• Print Profile 1 – Standard Bins - Includes bins with a clean front panels

• Print Profile 2 – Bins with Label Holders - Includes the same bins but with interchangeable front labels.

Choose the profile that best fits your needs and continue with the following steps

Step 2 — Choose Your Bin

Inside your selected print profile, choose the bin version.

• Standalone - no connectors
• Left - connectors on the right side
• Middle - connectors on both sides
• Right - connectors on the left side

Standalone is intended for users who only need a single bin and prefer clean outer walls without connector slots. It cannot be combined with others in the future. If you want to connect bins together now or later, choose one of the modular versions instead.

Step 3 — Choose Your Lid

Inside the same print profile, choose your preferred lid style.

• Open Top
• Flip Lid
• Swing Lid

You can also print the bag retaining ring if you want to use standard 20L trash bags.

Step 4 — Customize Your System

Now you can personalize your setup.

Flip Lid Collection

Print Profile 3 contains colored Flip Lids with matching icons and text.

Swing Lid Collection

Print Profile 4 contains colored Swing Lids with matching icons and text.

Colored Labels

Print Profile 5 contains all interchangeable colored labels.

 

Printing & Assembly

• Fully 3D printed
