Description
A 1:1 replica of the fox float x factory. The decals are made with double sided tape and I printed them out. (As shown below) If you have any suggestions or ideas just reach out and I will see if I can do it. Boost MeBoost Me (for free)Pre-assembly:
Some parts may need sanding/filing before assembly to ensure a perfect fit.
Tools:
Glue
sandpaper/small file
Assembly guide:
Glue the red rebound adjuster to the top part of the shock
(As shown below)
2. Now glue the blue 2-Position lever on the back side of the shock facing away
(As shown below)
3. Now glue the blue compression adjustment nob to the top part of the shock
(As shown below)
4. Now put the air cap on the front side of the shock (Snug fit) (GLUE IS OPTIONAL)
(As shown below)
5. Now slide the black Gasket into the bottom of the shock (Snug fit)
(As shown below)
6. Now slide the black sag ring onto the chassis (GLUE IS OPTIONAL)
(As shown below)
7. Now slide the chassis into the main shock body
(As shown below)
8. Now slide the beige bearings into the bottom holes in the shock
(As shown below)
9. Now repeat the same thing on the other side
(As shown below)
10. Now glue the air container the the top of the shock
(As shown below)
