Description

Support Z-Distance Calibration Test

A calibration set for testing Support Top Z Distance with different Top Interface Layer settings. Compare support removal and the underside surface quality to find the best combination for your printer, material, nozzle size, and layer height.

 

Included settings:

Support Top Z Distance:


0.210–0.255 mm in 0.001 mm increments
46 different Z-distance values per plate

 

4 different build plates for different Top Interface Layers:

1, 2, 3, and 4 layers

 

Support Interface Pattern:
Grid

Each test piece is clearly labeled with its corresponding Z-distance value.

You can print the complete plate or select only the individual test pieces you want to compare.

This calibration test helps you find the best balance between easy support removal and good surface quality above supports.
