Modular Vertical Bit Organizer System

Keep your workbench organized while saving valuable desk space!

This modular vertical organizer is designed to store both 4 mm precision bits and 1/4" (6.35 mm) screwdriver bits in a compact footprint. Instead of spreading your tools across the workbench, everything is stored vertically for quick and easy access.

The organizer consists of a 10-level frame with interchangeable modules. Each row can be customized to your needs and easily removed using the built-in clips on both sides. Need a different layout? Simply swap the entire row in seconds.

This is only the beginning of the system! More interchangeable modules are planned, including holders for:

• Drill bits
• Rotary tool accessories (Dremel-style burrs, grinding stones, sanding drums, etc.)
• And other workshop tools and accessories

The bottom tray serves two purposes:

• A convenient place to temporarily hold screws or small parts.
• Additional weight that keeps the organizer stable, even when fully loaded with bits.

As shown in the photos, the organizer remains very stable even when completely filled.

Printing

No supports required.

Print the frame and the modules separately, then simply snap the modules into the frame.

This project is designed as a growing modular system. I plan to add new modules over time, including holders for drill bits and rotary tool accessories, so feel free to follow the project for future updates!
