X1C/P1S Movable Axes/AMS/Fidget/SD holder Kit Card

*Update*

Now that I actually have a Bambu printer, I uploaded a proper profile from studio with the couple variations of the parts, all painted. The total  time is inflated thanks to the many color swaps to make the spools, but that can be avoided if you don't need it in kit card form. I'd recommend printing plates 1, 3, and 5(x4) which should all print in about 4 hours. Originally I just uploaded an .stl of everything, so that's where the AMS was hiding as some comments note.

My attempt at making a 1:13ish scale model kit card of the X1/P1S series printers, plus the AMS, with a bunch of movable parts to play with including but not necessarily limited to:

-Print head on the X-axis - be careful when removing from the print bed, as the head isn't actually attached to anything, only printed in place with the rails bridging through it 

-X-axis on the Y- axis

-Print bed on the back wall - the front end is heavier than the back, so it will try to rotate forward which just causes it to hold its position

-Door hinged between bottom plate and small front wall

-AMS top cover print in place hinged to AMS rear wall

-Spools on AMS

-Poop chute that fits a purge line

The early iterations of this had a more true to form design, but having the axes manipulate-able from the outside was way easier than keeping them fully enclosed and much more satisfying to move.

The main kit card will give you just a printer, the AMS kit card will have a different top plate for the printer to join the two together. If you want a standalone AMS, you should be able to split the upper half of the big square piece out of the card (above 1.8mm). There's also AMS separate if that adds any convenience. 

I print everything at 0.2mm layer height, 0.1mm should work too.

There's only a few places you'll need to use supports: the bottom tab of the 3 main walls, the front of the AMS base plate and under the AMS top cover.

Couple of ways to assemble, just take it easy everything should slot into each other and friction fit in place with not too much force, just remember a lot of these pieces are small and fragile. Only glue needed on the knobs on the door/top glass.

Printer:

Base > side walls > x-axis slots into rear of side wall slots > build plate onto base > rear wall slots over side walls and over build blate into base > hold door in place (there's a little bump in the base it sits in) > top upper little front wall notches into side walls and over door notch > top cover > screen

AMS:

Base > front wall > rear wall/cover > side walls may be bit tricky maneuvering around the cover buy they'll find their way over the front/rear tabs and into the base > axis through one side wall > x4 spools > axis through other wall > slowly close cover

Oh it also can hold 5 sd cards/adapters between the open door and opposite wall. Last nifty feature is the spools on top can be conveniently used as an abacus when the ever imperative need arises, as it so often does.

I don't have a Bambu printer yet, and this is my first upload to Maker World, so hopefully the models work and are able to take full advantage of the AMS for multi-colors, rather than having to manually swap/sharpie things as seen in some of my pics.
