TS100 Rugged waterproof box

Model

I designed this case to carry both the Miniware TS100 and its accessories, including the battery.

The box is divided into 2 levels, the lower one can accommodate ESD tweezers, a solder holder, the 50cm cable and space for adapters and other small parts.

In the upper part you can house the Ts100, 2 extra tips, 1 Allen key, 1 solder wick holder, the miniware t-stand. The battery takes up space on both layers.

The box is based on this design.

Printing

I printed all the parts in PLA excluding the seal which is printed in TPU. I personally used TPU with shore 87A but also other shores is good.

The top part needs to be printed in multi filament, I printed it with bambulab and AMS but I know there are other ways to print things like this.

 

Additional parts

8x M3x25mm Screws

(Optional 8x M3 Nuts)

On the lid of the box you need to put a piece of foam to hold everything in place and avoid scratches on the display or other parts.
