Description
I recently upgraded my Raymon Trailray e-Mtb by swapping out the chainring from 38T to 34T. However, this change necessitated a new chainguide due to the significant gap left by the original one, which posed a risk of the chain falling off during rides.
Drawing inspiration from the design of the original chainguide, I meticulously crafted a new one to sit seamlessly with the chain, just like its predecessor.
Utilizing PETG material, I printed the new chainguide with multiple walls and high-density infill, ensuring exceptional strength to withstand the rigors of chain beating. Alternatively, you can also opt for Nylon material, which matches the original material for printing flexibility.
With my provided profile, you can achieve optimal printing results for a robust and reliable chainguide solution.
