Version 2 Poop Filament Shadowbox

I love shadowboxes see also my other shadowboxes and this one especially so you can finally use your poop waste or purgelines reasonably and do not need to dispose of them.

There are 2 different versions small and large.

The only thing you need is a thin Lexan plate or acrylic plate with a maximum thickness of 1mm

There are 10 different pictures and 1 blank to design them yourself

Support is needed for the cross brace of the housing see picture
to get this off perfectly set the upper interface distance to 0.12mm so that it can be solved perfectly with me

The base and the lid are simply clicked onto the housing
Due to the different printers or settings, there may be deviations that it is easier for some and more difficult for others

I first made a version where the Lexan sheet was in the front of the housing
but unfortunately I only realized afterwards that the filament waste pushes this plate out from behind.

That's why version 2 is now available here
The plate is behind the picture.
Which works much better.

The empty plate can be made e.g. in the slicer itself.
Or online in various programs.

Or you have wishes then write to me and build it for you and upload it.

Ich Liebe Schattenboxen siehe auch meine anderen Schattenboxen und diese hier besonders damit kann man endlich seinen Poop Abfäll oder Purgelines noch vernüftig nutzen und brauch diese nicht zuentsorgen.

Es gibt 2 Verschiedene Versionen Klein und Groß.

Das Einzige was noch benötigt wird ist eine dünne Lexanplatte bzw. Acrylplatte in maximal 1mm Dicke

Für die Querstrebe vom gehäuse siehe Bild wird Support gebraucht
um diesen Perfekt abzubekommen stellt den Oberen Schnittstellenabstand auf 0.12mm ein damit lässt er sich bei mir Pefekt lösen

Der Boden und der Deckel werden einfach nur auf das Gehäuse geklickt
Durch die Verschiedenen Drucker bzw. Einstellungen kann es da zu abweichungen kommen das es bei manchen einfacher und bei anderen Schwerer drauf geht

Ich hatte erst eine Version gemacht da war die Lexan Platte im gehäuse vorn
aber leider ist mir danach erst aufgefallen das der Filament Abfall diese Platte von hinten raus drückt.

Daher ist hier jetzt die Version 2 verfügbar
Da ist die Platte hinter dem Bild.
Was deutlich besser funktioniert.

Die Leere Platte kann z.b. im Slicer selber gemacht werden.
Oder Online in Verschiedenen Programmen gemacht werden.

Oder ihr habt Wünsche dann schreibt mich an und baue es für euch und Lade es hoch.
