Mini Folding Molle Panel Camp Table

A mini molle panel folding camp table! This magnetic table is great for attaching small camp items to your vehicle once at the campsite, or for taking notes on your fridge! It locks in the upward position and uses integrated end stops in the downward position. I use it to organize my charging cables and it makes for quick access to essential items once they're attached! When folded down, it makes a great horizontal surface for drinks or other things! Print in PETG or ASA for prolonged outdoor use.

It is way more cost effective to get a assorted hardware kit for the M4 screws, bolts, nuts, and washers instead of purchasing individually. A #8 or 5/32" Hardware set and threaded rod will also work, however the diameter is slightly bigger than the M4 hardware and may require more torque to assemble. 

NOTE: It seems that the threaded rod length seems to vary a bit from the manufacturer. A comment suggested a 170mm rod be an alternative to the 160mm rod to give a bit more wiggle room for threading the nuts on. I had no problems with the 160mm one, but your mileage may vary.

Tools Needed:

- Needle-nose Pliers

- 2.5MM Hex Key Allen Wrench

Assembly Instructions:

Step 1: Attach the magnets to the Molle Panel Case by pushing the M4 Countersunk screw through the magnet, then case itself. Make sure the rubberized part of the magnet is faced outward away from the case.

Step 2: Use one M4 washer and nut on to fasten the magnet to the Molle Panel Case. Repeat for the other 3 screws.

Step 3: Align the Molle Panel Plate into the Molle Panel Case making sure the print bed surface is faced outward and the hinges are faced inward.

Step 4: Insert the threaded rod into the side cutout of the Molle Panel case and through both Molle Panel Parts until an equal length of threaded rod is poking out of each end. You may need to twist the last couple of turns with pliers taking care not to damage the end threads.

Step 5: Lock the threaded rod in place with a washer and nut on each end of the threaded rod.

Step 6: Make sure the Molle Panel locks in the upward position and sets on the small integrated endstops on the lower position.

Step 7: You're Done!
