VE5+ (Ender 5+ Voron Half conversion)

This Mod is in development and is not fully tested.

The point of this modification is to use a fixed bed in the Ender 5+ and convert to core XY while being less expensive than other similar cube coreXY printers. In order to construct you need to rotate the frame (side becomes the front).

You will also need to use the Voron Trident gantry pieces (X axis) since it supports the MGN12 rails. In addition you will need to print the front idlers from the voron 2.4. The A and B drive mounts are included here as they've been modified for the VE5+ mod.

11-Apr-2024 Update:

Added stls for X and Y endstops. The X endstop is designed to mount to the CNC tap V2. Pictures to be added soon

Requires:

4x 500mm 2020 extrusion (gantry sides and bed mount)

1x 430mm 2020 extrusion (X axis)

1x 347mm 2020 extrusion (gantry back)

2x 450mm MGN12 rails (Y axis)

1x 400mm MGN12 rails (X axis)
