Skadis Drilling Jig for Printed Boards

Introducing the Quad Drilling Jig, designed to perfectly align with all my printable IKEA Skadis boards featuring M4 countersunk screw holes for wall mounting. This jig guarantees precise spacing between drill holes, facilitating the seamless installation of multiple connecting boards. Equipped with four drill hole markers, it accommodates up to four connecting boards, though it is versatile enough to be utilized for two or three boards as well.

I've introduced two variants for your convenience:

• Laser Level Jig: This variant boasts a cross design, aiding in achieving accurate levels when using a self-leveling cross line laser.
• Combined Laser & Spirit Level Jig: In addition to the laser cross line, this version includes an extended bar on one side, compatible with a Spirit Level for added precision.

For your printing ease, I've included print profiles for both monocolor and dual-color options. The dual-color profile seamlessly swaps colors for the cross, allowing for customization. Personally, I've printed mine using PLA matte black and PLA Basic white for a sleek finish and increased contrast when using a laser. An AMS isn't necessary as it is only one color change.

• IKEA Skadis (no integrated Standoof)
• IKEA Skadis with integrated Standoff (10mm)
• IKEA Skadis with integrated Standoff (20mm)
• Reinforced Skadis Boards with integrated Standoff (10mm and 20mm)

If your installation involves aligning multiple boards with an offset, this jig may not be the ideal choice. Similarly, if your installation consists of only one board, this jig won't offer any assistance.
