Description

I have created a remix based on the fantastic concept originally shared by @dereulenspiegel, which can be found here: link to the original design.

Upon trying the original design, I realized that it didn't fit perfectly with my new 19L Kegland Conry Keys rails. Additionally, it didn't work well with my Nukatap when the collar was fitted. Therefore, I decided to remix the design to suit my specific needs.

The top section of the remix now features a flat mating face that accommodates taps and collars, making it a universal fit.

This remix is “robust” and utilizes approximately 75g of filament. It's important to have a reliable and sturdy holder that won't let you down when you need it the most.

If there is any interest in this remix, I am open to refining the design further to reduce its weight while maintaining its functionality.

The inspiration for this design came when I had to bring a full 19L Keg to an outing and wanted to take a proper tap too. This design would also be suitable for those who have a dedicated beer fridge but are hesitant to drill holes for door-mounted taps.

For my print, I used PETG with a 15% infill, but it should work well with any filament that offers reasonable strength. I suggest printing on it's side, and you'll likely need supports on
