The Bambu Purge Spool

I knew that saving all those purges would come in handy!

 

Meet the Bambu purge spool. Store and display all your lovely little purges in this little desktop art piece!

The spool is roughly ½ the size of a regular Bambu spool and includes a hole in the top to dump all the purge in.

The print is pretty small, so you may wish to scale it up when you print it.

 

Materials needed:

[5] m2.5x8 screw

[Optional] Glue

[Optional] Fairy lights and tape

 

Assembly:

-(If adding lights) Tape fairy lights to inside-back of spool, making sure to cut any excess. (See last picture)

-Fit the bottom of the spool into the top, making sure to align the screw holes. (You may wish to pre-add some purge before you do this.)

-Screw (or glue) top and bottom together making use of the m2.5x8 screws.

-Place (or glue) assembled spool into stand, making sure the filling hole is at the top.

-Dump in your purges and enjoy!
