Wheel Mount for Electrolux Dishwashers

This model replaces the wheel mounts used in most dishwashers made by the Electrolux brand group. This includes dishwashers by brands like AEG, Progress, Zanker, Zanussi, Juno, Frigidaire, Kelvinator and also some dishwasher sold at IKEA.

Print in the STL's original orientation:

Supports: none

Brim: 2mm worked for me

Perimeters: 4 work best with a 0.4 nozzle

Material: Preferably ASA, ABS or other sufficiently heat resistant material. DO NOT PRINT IN PLA OR PETG. Those will not last a single wash cycle.

Update 1 (v2)

Due to the orientation of the layer lines in v1, some of the wheel mounts snapped after about a year in use. In v2 I cut off the corner to create a new face that should be used as the new bottom face. This rotates the layer lines by 45° degrees, which should make the ‘axle’ part (where the wheel snaps on) much stronger. However, a bit of brim is required now, because the new bottom face is rather small.
