Description
This is a fully 3D printed pad lock. (No external hardware needed!)
Now, you could just easily brake this with your bare hands.
But security is not the point! The point is that you have a 3D printed padlock!
Notes:
PLA isn't the strongest or springiest plastic, so be careful when twisting the key inside the lock.
The locks in the pictures were printed in PLA with a layer height of 0,3 mm.
PETG and other stronger, more brittle prints will also work amazing.
No rafts or supports are needed.
Place the three parts of the mechanism inside the lock hull, and place the U-part in its place in the lock hull. Then, place the lid on top and screw the screws in.
