Description
I have added 10 models with a gap between parts from 110 microns to 200 microns, depending on the shrinkage of the material, choose the model that fits best. I chose 150 microns, depending on the manufacturer of the material some parts stuck to me and some moved too freely. If your pieces are sticking a bit, press the puzzles slightly and try to peel them off, if that doesn't work then choose a larger gap between the pieces.
I encountered some problems while printing the models: at first I was doing well, I was printing at medium speed all the models, then my nozzle started to clog. I managed to print 6-7 good models. Then I had another problem: the print head started to make the models uneven and because of that the parts started to stick to each other. Most likely the problem was in the belt, but after I tightened the belts and calibrated the printer the problem persisted.
I can advise not to use PLA with fillers like silk etc, to print models at slow speed and to clean the nozzle constantly after printing is finished. Maybe these tips will help you and you will not have problems like me.
The spacing between parts is indicated in the model name in parentheses
