Loading device for liquid products in rail tank

This is a loading device for liquid products in railroad tank cars, tank trucks.

The loader was 3D printed in scale 1:87 for a model railroad layout. Even small details like screws are visible. It is important to be careful and patient when removing the support structures, as the components are very small and can be accidentally damaged otherwise. The parallel guide bar (separate component 0.4 x 16 mm) must be attached with a suitable adhesive as shown in the picture. The dimensions are length 30 mm, depth 13.5 mm, height 13.5 mm, with a tube diameter of 1.4 mm. Some contours have a width of 0.1 mm. This model is actually too delicate for a conventional filament printer.

Der Verlader wurde im Maßstab 1:87 für eine Modellbahnanlage gedruckt. Selbst kleine Details wie Schrauben sind sichtbar. Es ist wichtig, vorsichtig zu sein und Geduld zu haben, wenn man die Stützstrukturen entfernt, da die Bauteile sehr klein sind und sonst versehentlich beschädigt werden können. Die Parallelführungsstange (separates Bauteil 0,4 x 16 mm) muss mit einem geeigneten Kleber wie auf dem Bild befestigt werden. Die Abmessungen betragen Länge 30 mm, Tiefe 13,5 mm, Höhe 13,5 mm, mit einem Rohrdurchmesser von 1,4 mm. Einige Konturen haben eine Breite von 0,1 mm.

Dieses Modell ist eigentlich zu filigran für einen herkömmlichen Filamentdrucker.
