Mother's Day Suspended Heart - Special Edition

This is a new and smaller variation of my very popular Suspended Heart - this time in the Special Edition for Valentine's and Mother's Day Day (choose the right model file). It uses overhanging bridges (printed on the side) to create the illusion of a three-dimensional heart suspended by fragile strings. On the side, you can read “Happy Mother's Day” or “Valentine's Day” (depending on the model), so this print makes the perfect gift for your beloved one. I also included a model file without the lettering if you prefer that.

This model prints without supports in about 2 hours and uses less than 50 g of filament. It has 0.2mm layer height and wall generator set to Arachne in Bambu Studio. I also activated “Thick bridges” and “Detect Thin Walls” in the slice settings.
I used Bambu PLA basic red and white, which did a good job for the many thin string overhangs.

I added a single color print profile, if you do not own an AMS or do not want to change filaments manually (19 filament changes in total).

This technique is not new, my model is inspired by the Suspended Hand by STomHacks.
