Summary

This is a newer version of board game bit drawers I designed several years ago. A hard drive crash left me without the original design files so I decided to start from scratch. This time the trays are modular and snap together with guides keeping them closed.

The trays themselves can be stacked to any height but they'll topple over unless you use a lid with legs on it. Currently I have lids uploaded for 1, 2, 3 tiers but let me know if you want to go nuts and need a taller one.

As with my other designs, no supports are necessary and please use the print settings below, the defaults may result in tiny infills in the walls. Turning top/bottom layer off is optional but I really like the look and it saves a lot of time and filament.

[12/21/22 Update] As requested, added "Bittray-tray-adj" for the tray that has slots for adjustable dividers, and "bittray-tray-div" for the dividers themselves. They are pretty SNUG so they'll be secure, you may need to clean up the dividers so they fit.

[1/22/23 Update] Added 4 tier lid as requested.

Notes:

To optimize print quality and speed with a standard 0.4mm nozzle, use wall thickness 1.2mm, 0 top layers, 0 bottom layers, 20% infill with the pattern of your choice. I used ZigZag here. Make sure that your bed adhesion is good, if not sure, use a raft.
