Description

Summary

This is a filament guide (or support) for the Creality Ender 3 printer. It keeps the filament a bit further away from the extruder to have a nicer filament angle.

There are two parts to print, the end clip and the actual filament support.

I printed the two parts separately, but you just might find it simpler to print both parts at one if you know how to do the proper settings in Cura. The end clip needs supports but not the filament support. I used rafts for both parts, but you won't need a raft if you are printing just one end clip (I printed two at the same time).

The end clip is the same as the one made by Filboyt. Why change something that works!

And I've also uploaded the CATIA file should you want to make changes to the support.

Filament: AMZ3D PLA
Lake Blue

Notes:

I used supports for the end clip, but not for the filament guide. And I used ironing, but it only affects the bottom part of the part, as the part is printed upside down.
