Windshield Washer Fluid Cap for Honda Civic IX

This is a washer fluid tank cap for Honda Civic IX / 9th Gen, but maybe it will be OK for the other models.

Replacement for 76802-SV4-003

 

The Tight version version snaps pretty tight.
The Normal version is with 0.2mm wider diameter. I have not testet it, but I think that it will be enough.

 

EDIT 01.12.2024 - Added vervion with a hole, for securing the Cap. The hole is a 3mm Negative Part in the 3MF file. You can change the diameter and position of the hole by simply edit it before printing.

EDIT (04.03.2021): Added Honda_cap_Loose_v2_Symbol.stl and Honda_cap_Tight_v2_Symbol.stl
The Tight fit STL is reduced with 0.6mm.

Tip: If the cap is too tight you can dril a small hole to avoid the formation of negative pressure.

EDIT (17.05.2023) : Added Honda_cap_Loose_v3_Symbol.stl with recess to avoid the formation of negative pressure.
