Upgraded P1P - Glass plate rear seal

I recently started printing high temperature filaments like ASA, and I noticed that my upgraded P1P - P1S was struggling to keep the fumes and the temperature required inside the chamber.

 

So I searched for ways to fix this, and I started by making this joint to fill the gap at the back of the printer, between the glass plate and the printer frame.

 

This joint is designed to be “invisible” from the outside of the printer, it also centers the glass plate.

Printing

Just use the provided 3MF for TPU 95A HF, just be careful to print them one after the other to avoid TPU stringing.

Installation

Just remove the glass plate carefully, and place the two joints in the spots shown in the photos.
