AMS Mount R_insert.stl and Case Upper_insert.stl are models for using insert nuts. When using a normal M3 nut, use AMS Mount R.stl and Case Upper.stl.
Use M2.5 insert nuts to secure the mainboard to Case Upper_insert.stl.
 

I received some inquiries about the screws to use, so I created an illustration for clarification.

 

2024/6/13 update
The hole diameters in the following 3 files were too small for M3 nuts, so I modified them:
AMS Mount L.stl
AMS Mount R.stl
AMS Mount R_insert.stl

 

2024/7/3 update

We encountered an issue where the extruder interferes with the feeder case when the X-axis is at its highest position while mounted on the A1 upper frame. To resolve this, we have created improved parts,  which shift the feeder case 7mm backwards.

2024/7/4 update
The extruder interfered with the feeder's PTFE tube, so we have modified the feeder case to tilt it by 30°.

2024/11/9 update

I've released a mount that can be attached to the top of the A1 mini frame and is adjustable in three axes. Please use it together with this mod.

2024/11/16 update

I have improved the AMS Lite wall mount to make it rotatable.
Accordingly, I will rename the model from "AMS Lite Feeder Compacted Mod Wall and Top Mount" to "AMS Lite Compact Rotary Wall Mount".

The rotary mount for the A1 Mini has already been released, but I also plan to publish a separate model for the A1 frame mount with rotary functionality.

The main changes were made to the Case Bottom and Rotary_Mount_Base.
If you are already using the model, please reprint the following parts:

Case Bottom_v2.stl
Rotary_Mount_Joint.stl
Rotary_Mount_Base_screw.stl or Rotary_Mount_Base_M3.stl

The Case Upper_v2.stl only had its side protrusions removed, so it does not need to be reprinted.

 

 

2025/4/6 update

I've released a mount that attaches to the top of the A1 frame and is adjustable in two axes. Please use it in conjunction with this modification.
