Description

Simple set of screw and parts tray I have been using while working on some of my electronics projects. The download sections include 2 folders to differentiate them as their dimensions are different:

  • parts-tray: models are 16 mm high with pockets based on a 30 mm × 30 mm grid
  • screw-tray: smaller 12 mm high models with 23 mm × 23 mm pockets

I have included two variants of each type: large variants includes a larger merged pockets with a central bigger one while the small variants mostly keeps to their grid setup with some merged pockets as it can be frustrating when one component do not fit your grid.

If you need a different setup than the one I provided, you can check out each Fusion 360 source files where the grid is relatively well-defined as a sketch. I may also add new ones here if I ever need to print new ones or someone asks for something I can do quickly in the comments.

Printing

The model should be printed with the underside on the build-plate and can be printed relatively quickly and cleanly using 0.3 mm layer height and 20% infill.

  • Raft: no
  • Supports: yes
  • Layer Height: 0.3mm
  • Infill: 20%
