Tool and Battery mounts for Makita 18v tools and batteries

 

These are nearly universal and will fit a good portion of Makita's tools and is universal for all 18v batteries and like my other tool mount designs are decently strong and shouldn't have any issues holding any of the tools that fit on it.

 

Attach them to whatever surface you want with 2 #8 screws. Tool mounts are best used in a undermount orientation but can certainly be mounted on a horizontal surface if it suites your application. The battery mounts can be mounted in whatever orientation you want as they use the batteries locking mechanism to hold the batteries in place.

 

Ive printed these Pro PLA without issue and regular PLA would probably work fine as well. If you intend to put these in a work truck or trailer i'd probably use something like PETG or ABS otherwise those materials are overkill for a garage or indoor shop.

 

Default profile uses .2 layer heights but you can bump up layer height for a faster print as layer height doesnt matter for these. Ive printed these on Ludicrous speed and did not have fitment issues. There are also a few plates to select from with the difference being manual snug supports added for the battery lock and gives you the option to print with or without supports.
