Wet Wipes Lid V4.0 – practical, durable & perfectly sealed

 

Sometimes things move faster than expected – the new Version 4.0 is here!

A smart upgrade for anyone who likes things neat and fresh:

This reusable, sturdy lid replaces the sticky disposable flap on standard wet wipe packs.

It opens smoothly, closes tightly, and keeps your wipes fresh for much longer.

 

The hinge is slightly tighter, giving a firmer, more reliable seal.

The opening is about 15 % larger, so wipes pull out easily without tearing.

An improved seal geometry prevents drying out, and a reinforced frame adds long-term stability.

 

Assembly is quick and simple:

Insert the bottom piece straight into the package opening,

then click the lid on top – the closure grips the pack firmly and seals it tightly.

 

It prints support-free and fits most standard packages.

Works great in PLA, but for frequent use PETG is recommended –

it’s a bit more flexible and far more durable over time.

 

Just print, insert, click – and your wipes stay fresh.

Feuchttüchldeckel V4.0 – praktisch, langlebig & schön dicht

 

Manchmal geht’s schneller als gedacht – die neue Version 4.0 ist da!

Ein cleveres Update für alle, die Ordnung und Frische lieben:

Der Deckel ersetzt den klebrigen Einwegverschluss handelsüblicher Feuchttücher durch eine wiederverwendbare, stabile Lösung,

die sich leicht öffnen lässt, zuverlässig schließt und die Tücher länger frisch hält.

 

Das Scharnier wurde straffer ausgelegt, damit der Deckel fester schließt, ohne schwer zu öffnen zu sein.

Die Öffnung ist rund 15 % größer, wodurch sich die Tücher leichter entnehmen lassen.

Eine verbesserte Dichtgeometrie schützt besser vor dem Austrocknen,

und der verstärkte Rahmen sorgt für mehr Stabilität bei täglicher Nutzung.

 

Die Montage ist ganz einfach:

Das Bodenstück wird senkrecht in die Verpackungsöffnung eingesetzt,

das Oberteil anschließend aufgeklickt – der Verschluss klemmt sich sicher auf der Packung fest

und hält alles dicht an Ort und Stelle.

 

Der Deckel ist supportfrei druckbar und passt auf viele Standard-Verpackungen.

Er lässt sich sowohl mit PLA als auch mit PETG sehr gut drucken –

PLA ist leicht zu verarbeiten und formstabil,

PETG ist etwas flexibler und dadurch deutlich langlebiger, besonders bei häufiger Nutzung.

 

Einfach drucken, einsetzen, aufklicken – und die Tücher bleiben frisch.
