Running Stickman with board

A simple but all the greater stick man. A running stick man.
Come on! You can make the funniest and funniest post it's for the stick man.

ASSEMBLY

Filament (1.75):

for neck: 10-12mm

for console: 15-22mm

 

Wire:

min 120-130mm long, max 1.5mm diamater

(use a bigger paper clip ;) )

 

 

The assembly is very simple.
You push the filaments through the holes.
The wire should be no thicker than d=1.5mm. Once you have everything printed first push the wire through the body. Bend it slowly and patiently while pushing it through.
Once you have the body assembled put it all into the console.

 

HOLES

Filament hole diameter: 1.9mm

Wire hole idamater: 1.75mm

 

Printing information

Use this positions to printing:

HEAD AND BODY:

Nozzle: 0.4mm

Layer high: 0.2mm

Perimeters: min 4 walls, only one in bot and top

Bottom and Top layers: 1-1

Gap fill: optional, but recommended

Support: no
 

CONSOLE

Nozzle: 0.4mm

Layer high: 0.2mm

Perimeters: min 4 walls

Bottom and Top layers: min 3-4

Infill: 20-30%

Gap fill: optional

Support: no

 

Filaments: PLA
