P1S LED Air Vent Glass Riser V2

Hey guys, this is the version 2 of my original P1S LED Air Vent Riser. A lot of people have been having trouble printing it with it drooping on the overhangs after the latest studio update and also the connectors being too tight to get together, I have fixed the issue of the drooping overhangs and also have made the connectors separate to make it easier on everyone, the tolerance gap of the pins are 0.25mm and I have found them to be a perfect fit with a tiny bit of wiggle room, (they will be printed on PLATE 1).

 

Don't like having the door open or top glass off when printing PLA or any other materials that require air flow? well, this riser will be a great addition to your printer allowing you to have them closed and not have to worry about the airflow as the vents let out the right amount every time.

The standard light bar not bright enough and want to run LED's? well, there is a channel designed just for that! will provide a link to the LED's used that plug into the original light bar port so they will turn on and off just like the original one.

PLEASE NOTE:

If you're having adhesion problems, please make sure your bed is clean, I have placed the left piece on the bed towards the middle away from the auxiliary fan, I also dropped the speed of that down to 20% in my print profile so there won't be an issue from that causing it to warp, if your still having issue please put a brim on.

(If you currently don't have a riser on, please print this as you would with any other print with door open or lid off until you have installed this riser).
